Desirable
Experience in the fintech industry or with insurance-related products would be a plus, as would familiarity with modern software development practices and tools. You are open to learning new technologies and methodologies that can enhance your contributions to the team.

You will also have the opportunity to shape the technical roadmap and initiate new projects that align with the company's vision. Your role will involve collaborating with other engineers to conduct code reviews, share knowledge, and mentor junior team members.
In addition to your technical contributions, you will participate in strategic discussions about product direction and help prioritize engineering tasks based on business impact. You will be expected to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, continuously seeking ways to improve the team's processes and output.
