Overview

TripActions is hiring a Content & Messaging Manager to own the messaging strategy for product-led growth users. You'll work on value propositions, messaging hierarchy, and high-impact copywriting. This role requires 3+ years of experience in growth marketing and messaging.

Who you are

You have 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, conversion copywriting, and messaging, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful short-form content such as ads, landing pages, and emails. You have a proven ability to own messaging strategy, not just execute copy, and possess strong research skills that allow you to turn insights into clear decisions. Your excellent writing and editing skills enable you to create compelling narratives that resonate with users. You genuinely enjoy the creative process, including ideation, scripting, and briefing, and are comfortable owning projects end-to-end in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the product-led growth messaging end-to-end, including developing value propositions, messaging hierarchy, use-case narratives, and objection handling. You will conduct customer, market, and competitor research to inform your messaging decisions, ensuring that your strategies are data-driven and effective. You will develop creative ideas and write clear, inspiring scripts and briefs for various formats, including ads, videos, landing pages, and lifecycle communications. Collaboration is key, as you will partner with Growth, CRO, PMM, Product, and Design teams to align messaging across the entire funnel. You will also test, iterate, and optimize messaging based on performance and user behavior, upholding and evolving Navan’s brand voice in a growth context.
