Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in frontend architecture, with experience in designing and evolving micro-frontend platforms using React and Angular. Your expertise in JavaScript allows you to create and maintain shared libraries and NPM packages that enforce consistency across engineering teams. You understand the importance of architectural governance and have a track record of driving team collaboration through effective code review processes.
You are passionate about enhancing developer experience and have a knack for creating developer tools that streamline workflows. Your experience includes designing AI-enabled tooling that accelerates development processes, such as intelligent code generation and automated testing. You are also skilled in authoring technical documentation and mentoring engineers through code reviews, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
What you'll do
As a Frontend Architect at TripActions, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the frontend infrastructure for Navan. You will architect a micro-frontend platform that enables over 20 engineering teams to deploy independently while maintaining high-quality standards. Your responsibilities will include driving the developer platform strategy by creating tools and automation that boost productivity across teams.
You will collaborate closely with AI teams to integrate AI/ML capabilities into the frontend platform, ensuring seamless functionality and performance. Your role will also involve authoring technical documentation and mentoring engineers, helping them grow their skills and understanding of best practices in frontend development.

At TripActions, we offer a competitive salary range of $146,250—$255,000 USD, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
