Who you are
You have at least 3 years of experience in software development, with a strong foundation in both backend and frontend technologies. Your expertise includes at least 2 years of frontend development using Angular, TypeScript, and React, allowing you to create dynamic and responsive user interfaces. You are familiar with backend technologies, particularly Java, and have a solid understanding of how to integrate various systems through APIs. You thrive in collaborative environments, working cross-functionally with engineering and product teams to deliver impactful features. You are detail-oriented and have a knack for problem-solving, ensuring that the software you develop is both scalable and reliable.
Desirable
Experience with Python is a plus, as it can enhance your versatility in backend development. Familiarity with microservices architecture will also be beneficial in this role, as you will technically own problem domains and facilitate the design and launch of key microservices.
What you'll do
As a Fullstack Software Engineer in the Expense Product pillar, you will play a pivotal role in developing and enhancing our AI-driven expense management software. You will design, build, and evolve the core backend and frontend of our platform, ensuring it is scalable and reliable. You will work closely with leadership to identify, plan, and execute the long-term vision for the product. Your responsibilities will include facilitating design and development processes, collaborating with various engineering and product teams to deliver cross-domain features, and serving as the Subject Matter Expert in your domain of ownership. You will also be involved in integrating client accounting systems through direct API connections or other innovative means, contributing to a streamlined platform that supports accounting workflows effectively.
