You are detail-oriented and focused on continuous improvement, ensuring that AI initiatives are both innovative and measurable.

What you'll do

In this role, you will architect the AI Quality & Measurement framework, defining and owning the vision for how product-led growth measures AI success. You will establish key performance indicators for accuracy, reliability, and user impact, ensuring that our AI initiatives are grounded in rigorous data. You will lead the AI Improvement Roadmap, analyzing performance data to draw strategic conclusions and creating actionable plans to enhance our AI capabilities. As the primary technical lead for growth partners, you will manage critical relationships and ensure that product requirements are prioritized effectively. You will coordinate with internal engineering teams to align technical goals with business objectives, driving the execution of features that fuel global growth.
