What you'll do

As a Technical Program Manager at Truebill, you will lead the execution of core technology initiatives with a primary focus on data programs. You will collaborate closely with various teams to ensure successful delivery of projects that impact the entire product technology ecosystem. Your role will involve driving strategic planning sessions, facilitating discussions among cross-functional teams, and monitoring project progress to ensure alignment with organizational goals. You will be responsible for translating complex data initiatives into clear, actionable plans that guide your teams toward success.

You will work in a matrix structure, supporting data programs while reporting to the TPM Team Lead. Your ability to connect the dots between different teams and initiatives will be crucial in advancing Rocket Money's data-driven goals. You will also play a key role in fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation within the TPM team, leveraging your expertise to mentor peers and contribute to the overall success of the organization. Your efforts will directly contribute to enhancing the technology organization's capabilities and empowering users to achieve their financial objectives.
