Overview

Trustly is hiring a Merchant Service Agent to provide high-quality support to B2B customers. You'll investigate and resolve technical payment issues while collaborating with other departments. This role is based in Stockholm, Sweden.

What you'll do

As a Merchant Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our B2B customers, assisting them with any inquiries or issues they may have regarding our payment services. You will investigate and resolve technical payment issues, ensuring that merchants receive timely and accurate support. Your role will involve collaborating closely with other departments to drive improvements in our services and products, ensuring that we meet the evolving needs of our customers. You will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of service, going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.
