What you'll do

As an Engineering Manager at Trustpilot, you will lead a team of around six engineers dedicated to improving self-service capabilities and internal workflows for support and account management teams. You will be responsible for setting clear expectations and providing ongoing feedback to your team, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to succeed. You will balance the need for timely delivery with sustainable engineering practices, managing risks effectively while driving projects forward. Your role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders across the organization to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
