You have experience leading design strategy and execution for complex features — you take full ownership from initial problem framing to final delivery, ensuring that every aspect of the design process is meticulously crafted. Your ability to collaborate with UX Research and other squads allows you to uncover real consumer needs and opportunities effectively.

What you'll do

In this role, you will conduct strategic discovery and research to understand consumer needs and opportunities — your insights will drive the design process and ensure that user needs are prioritized. You will lead the design strategy and execution for high-impact features, taking ownership from problem framing to delivery.

You will collaborate closely with UX Research and other teams to uncover insights that inform your design decisions — your ability to synthesize research findings into actionable design strategies will be crucial. You will also play a pivotal role in shaping the product's direction, ensuring that the design aligns with Trustpilot's vision of becoming the universal symbol of trust.

Your responsibilities will include creating and testing hypotheses, driving the design process, and ensuring that the final product meets user needs and expectations. You will work in a hands-on capacity, crafting designs that are not only visually appealing but also functional and user-friendly.
