What you'll do
As a QA Listening Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in testing audio content, including both Ads Free Premium stations and Ad-supported stations. You will be responsible for ensuring that the audio quality meets the high standards set by TuneIn, which serves over 70 million users globally. Your contributions will help expand the quality assurance initiatives, ensuring that TuneIn continues to provide an exceptional listening experience.
You will collaborate closely with the data science team and other stakeholders to identify areas for improvement in audio quality. Your analytical skills will be essential in evaluating user experiences and providing feedback that drives enhancements. You will also participate in various testing approaches to ensure that the audio content is delivered seamlessly across multiple devices, from smartphones to smart speakers.
