You have a strong background in manufacturing engineering, with experience in designing and implementing manufacturing processes that enhance efficiency and quality. You are skilled in troubleshooting production issues and providing technical support to resolve equipment malfunctions and process deviations. Your attention to detail ensures that all documentation of manufacturing processes is thorough and compliant with industry standards. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with design engineers and production teams to integrate new products and processes seamlessly.
You possess project management skills that allow you to oversee manufacturing projects effectively, ensuring that new processes and technologies are implemented smoothly. Your commitment to quality assurance drives you to develop and enforce standards that ensure products meet or exceed specifications. You are proactive in conducting root cause analysis and driving corrective actions to improve manufacturing outcomes.
What you'll do
As a Manufacturing Engineer at Turion Space, you will be responsible for developing and implementing manufacturing processes and procedures that utilize best industry practices. You will design and specify manufacturing equipment and tooling to optimize production efficiency. Your role will involve troubleshooting production issues, providing technical support, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. You will prepare and maintain detailed documentation of manufacturing processes and changes, facilitating communication and coordination between cross-functional teams.
You will manage manufacturing projects, including the implementation of new processes, technologies, and production lines. Your focus on quality assurance will involve developing and enforcing quality control standards to ensure that products meet specifications. You will conduct root cause analysis and drive corrective actions to enhance manufacturing processes. Your collaboration with design engineers, production teams, and suppliers will be crucial in ensuring the seamless integration of new products and processes.
