You possess a deep understanding of commercial law and compliance, ideally with prior in-house experience at a software company. Your strong communication skills enable you to articulate legal concepts clearly to non-legal stakeholders, fostering a culture of compliance and understanding across the organization. What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for partnering with the go-to-market team to ensure that all legal aspects of product launches and marketing strategies are compliant with applicable laws and regulations. You will draft, review, and negotiate contracts, ensuring that the company's interests are protected while facilitating business objectives. Your expertise will be crucial in advising on intellectual property matters, data privacy, and regulatory compliance, helping to navigate the complexities of the AI landscape.

You will also collaborate closely with the finance and accounting teams to address any legal issues related to financial transactions and reporting. Your role will involve providing guidance on risk management and compliance strategies, ensuring that the company adheres to industry standards and best practices. As a key member of the Legal & Compliance Team, you will contribute to building a culture of integrity and accountability within the organization.
