You understand the evolving landscape of creators and influencers, knowing where to find the next generation of livestreamers. Your ability to initiate confident cold outreach and persuade creators to see Twitch as an exciting next step in their careers is a key strength. You are plugged into creator trends and cultural moments, which helps you identify and engage with potential talent effectively.

What you'll do

In this role, you will search widely across platforms and communities to spot emerging talent and understand what resonates culturally. You will proactively reach out to creators who could thrive on Twitch, guiding them through their earliest steps on the platform. Your responsibilities will include making onboarding clear and supportive, ensuring that new creators feel confident as they prepare for their first stream. You will collaborate with Strategic Partner Managers to troubleshoot challenges and support creator development, setting them up for long-term success on Twitch.
