You have 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally with a focus on payments or financial services — you've successfully led product initiatives that drive user engagement and revenue growth. Your analytical mindset allows you to make data-driven decisions that align with business objectives and user needs.
You possess strong communication skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing — you understand the importance of stakeholder management and can articulate product vision clearly. You are customer-obsessed and have a knack for understanding user behavior, which helps you prioritize features that enhance user experience.
Desirable
Experience in the live streaming or gaming industry is a plus, as it gives you insight into the unique challenges and opportunities in this space. Familiarity with A/B testing and user research methodologies will help you validate product decisions and iterate quickly based on feedback.
What you'll do
As a Senior Product Manager at Twitch, you will lead the Payments product vision and roadmap, focusing on delivering quick wins while building scalable infrastructure to support accepting payments in over 100 countries. You will own the one-to-two year vision for the payments platform, driving prioritization and ensuring alignment with Twitch's overall strategy.
You will work closely with engineering teams to define product requirements and ensure timely delivery of features that enhance the payment experience for users.
