What you'll do
As a Software Engineer on the Safety ML team, you will design, build, and deploy systems that protect Twitch users from abusive behavior. You will collaborate with the Community Health team to integrate machine learning models into various parts of the Twitch experience, ensuring that these models are effective and scalable. Your role will involve developing tools and systems necessary for training and evaluating models, as well as productionizing them for real-time use.
You will be responsible for ensuring that the services you create are reliable and performant, directly impacting the safety of the Twitch community. You will engage in code reviews, contribute to architectural discussions, and help mentor junior engineers on the team. Your work will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of the Twitch platform, making it a safe space for all users.
