Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in data science with experience in defining, building, and visualizing metrics to measure user behavior and algorithm performance. Your technical depth includes designing and analyzing experiments using causal inference methodologies, and you are curious about using agentic AI to automate data science workflows. You possess the ability to evangelize proactive insights that influence product or algorithm strategy, discovering trends and behavior patterns in AIML systems.

You thrive in collaborative environments and can communicate complex data insights effectively to stakeholders. Your analytical mindset allows you to approach problems with a solution-oriented perspective, and you are passionate about enhancing user experiences through data-driven decisions. You understand the importance of explainability and observability in data science, making data easily discoverable and actionable.

What you'll do

In this role, you will define, build, and visualize metrics that measure user behavior and algorithm performance, playing a critical role in enhancing the personalization experience for Rider app users. You will design and implement experiments using appropriate statistical methodologies, ensuring that your analyses lead to actionable insights. Your work will involve creating simulation tooling and dashboards that make data understandable and accessible.

You will also be responsible for designing and building agentic AI to automate data science workflows, which will streamline processes and improve efficiency. Your insights will influence product and algorithm strategies, helping to discover trends and anomalies that can enhance user satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that your findings are integrated into product development and decision-making processes.
