Who you are

You have over 5 years of experience in design management or construction management, with a proven track record of managing end-to-end design and construction of fast-charging electric vehicle infrastructure projects. Your expertise in project management ensures that you can maintain quality, budget, and timelines effectively.

You are proficient in design and project management software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Adobe Creative Suite, allowing you to develop EV charging station designs that align with internal site specifications and utility standards. Your collaborative nature enables you to work closely with cross-functional teams and general contractors to drive efficient project execution.

You possess strong problem-solving skills, allowing you to proactively identify and resolve on-site project challenges, ensuring continuous progress and adherence to project timelines. Your ability to track project progress and report regularly to stakeholders demonstrates your commitment to transparency and accountability.

Desirable

Experience with electric vehicle infrastructure projects is a plus, as is familiarity with utility standards and AHJ requirements. A background in managing multiple projects simultaneously will help you thrive in this role.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage projects comprehensively from conceptual design through permitting, utility upgrades, and contractor selection. You will ensure that all projects are delivered on schedule and within budget, maintaining high standards of quality throughout the process.

You will develop EV charging station designs, ensuring alignment with internal specifications and compliance with utility standards. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and general contractors, you will drive efficient project execution and ensure compliance with negotiated agreements.

Your proactive approach will help you identify and resolve on-site project challenges, ensuring continuous progress and adherence to project timelines. You will track project progress and regularly report to stakeholders, keeping everyone informed and engaged.
