Who you are

You are a junior analyst with a strong analytical mindset and a growing interest in GenAI prompting and automation logic. You have experience in monitoring performance and investigating accuracy issues, and you are eager to learn and contribute to quality systems in a high-volume contact center environment. Your attention to detail allows you to validate outputs and assist with prompt and logic improvements effectively.

You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy partnering with teams to ensure that automations are reliable and aligned with quality standards. You are proactive in tracking key automation health metrics and are comfortable conducting structured data deep dives to investigate anomalies or unexpected trends.

What you'll do

In this role, you will monitor and maintain quality automations by conducting daily and weekly assessments of live automations to ensure accuracy and effectiveness. You will track key metrics such as error rates and validation outcomes, proactively flagging any anomalies or degradation in performance. Your analytical skills will be crucial in supporting prompt and automation accuracy, as you assist with investigating errors and updating automation logic as needed.

You will collaborate closely with Global Quality, QA Operations, and Platform teams to ensure that the automations deliver measurable impact and meet quality standards. Your contributions will help scale quality audits and reduce manual effort, ultimately enhancing the customer support experience across Uber’s global call center network.
