You have a strong background in finance, with experience in financial planning and analysis — you've worked closely with business leaders to develop financial forecasts and operational goals, applying your business judgment and financial insights to help shape strategy and decision-making. You possess excellent analytical skills and are comfortable working with complex data sets, enabling you to derive actionable insights that drive business performance.

You thrive in collaborative environments, partnering with cross-functional teams including CEOs, GMs, and various operational units — your ability to communicate effectively and build relationships is key to your success in influencing finance and business leaders. You are detail-oriented and have a strong understanding of P&L ownership, which allows you to contribute meaningfully to financial discipline across multiple initiatives.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be part of the North Asia Strategic Finance team, focusing on Hong Kong, Taiwan, South Korea, and Japan. You will drive strategic analysis and insights that influence product portfolio decisions, competitive dynamics, and marketplace investments. Your responsibilities will include developing financial forecasts, reporting, and analysis efforts, as well as participating in key regional strategic projects. You will also help establish ROI processes for capital allocation across the region, ensuring that financial discipline is maintained.

You will collaborate closely with local and central operations, strategy and planning teams, and the broader finance organization to set and deliver targets. Your role will require a high degree of ownership and accountability, as you work to influence key stakeholders and drive financial performance across the region. You will have the opportunity to engage in various strategic projects, contributing to the overall success of the North Asia Mobility finance team.
