Uber is hiring a Risk & Compliance Specialist II to oversee document compliance and risk management for partner-drivers in the UK & Ireland. This role focuses on operational excellence and process improvement to ensure regulatory standards are met.

Who you are

You have a strong background in risk management and compliance, ideally with experience in regulatory environments. Your attention to detail is exceptional, allowing you to execute and oversee high-risk workflows with precision and accountability. You thrive in collaborative settings, partnering closely with compliance specialists and team leads to ensure consistent coverage across critical tasks. Your ability to identify and drive process optimization initiatives enhances efficiency and reduces risk, making you a valuable asset to the team.

What you'll do

In this role, you will execute and oversee high-risk Instadoc, Document Fraud, and Compliance BAU workflows, ensuring that all processes are carried out with precision and accountability. You will review Potential Breach Reports prior to submission, driving follow-up actions with a strong attention to detail. Acting as the owner for ad-hoc audit requests, you will ensure timely and accurate completion while flagging any risks that may arise. Your focus on operational excellence will be crucial as you partner cross-functionally to implement scalable solutions that enhance quality and compliance across the organization.
