You have over 5 years of experience in Android development, demonstrating a proven track record in building high-quality mobile applications. Your expertise in architecture and data structures allows you to discuss the trade-offs between architectural choices effectively, both theoretically and practically. You uphold high coding standards, including Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Clean Code principles, ensuring that your contributions meet the highest quality benchmarks. As a phenomenal teammate, you believe in achieving more as a team and actively seek feedback for continuous improvement. Your attention to detail and understanding of business and design requirements lead to a delightful user experience for app users.
What you'll do
In this role, you will collaborate with other engineers, Product Managers, and Designers to build towards the product roadmap. You will write high-quality code and uphold standards for code quality and testing coverage, contributing to the overall engineering operational areas on quality, monitoring, and on-call practices. Mentoring fellow engineers will be a key part of your responsibilities, helping to foster a culture of learning and growth within the team. You will also be involved in designing and implementing innovative solutions that enhance app usability and experience for both riders and drivers, ensuring that the applications you work on are user-centric and intuitive.
