Who you are

You are a highly motivated problem-solver who is passionate about Operations. As an intern, you are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program and will be available for the full duration of the internship, with a graduation date between June and December 2027. You possess strong critical thinking skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making, which will help you support your team effectively.

You are eager to learn about the vast inner workings of Uber and how operations impact Riders, Drivers, Consumers, Couriers, Restaurants, and the Marketplace. You thrive in collaborative environments and are excited to engage with multiple functions across the business, including operations, finance, policy, communications, product, marketing, legal, and customer support.

What you'll do

During your internship, you will embark on a chance to reimagine the way the world moves by focusing on real-time, impactful projects. You will solve key strategic problems through analytical frameworks and insights, advising your team on important decisions. You will experiment with new products and efficiencies aimed at improving operations, spanning areas such as pricing, demand building, segmentation, and customer operations. Your role will involve collaborating with Operations Managers and partnering with teams across Uber’s Mobility or Delivery business.
