You have experience providing legal support in a fast-paced environment β you've assisted attorneys in drafting, reviewing, and managing various types of contracts, ensuring compliance with legal standards. Your strong organizational skills enable you to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and you thrive in collaborative settings where you can contribute to team success.
You are detail-oriented and understand the importance of compliance in marketing materials and communications β you have a keen eye for ensuring that all content adheres to disclosure requirements and internal policies. Your ability to triage and coordinate requests for legal review demonstrates your proactive approach to legal operations.
You are familiar with legal operations tools and processes β you have worked with systems like JIRA to track requests and improve operational efficiency. Your experience collaborating with program managers and engineers to streamline resources showcases your commitment to enhancing team productivity.
What you'll do
In this role, you will provide comprehensive legal support across a wide range of Consumer Protection, Marketing, and Commercial Transactions matters. You will assist attorneys in drafting, reviewing, and managing commercial transactions, including vendor agreements, termination letters, and amendments. Your responsibilities will also include reviewing marketing materials and communications for compliance with disclosure requirements and internal policies.
You will triage, coordinate, and track requests for legal review through a JIRA dashboard, ensuring that all requests are handled efficiently. Collaborating with Legal Operations teams, Contract Administrators, and CLM engineers, you will work to improve and streamline the teamβs resources and processes. Additionally, you will maintain and update the teamβs process documents, internal guidelines, business-facing playbooks, and training materials.
