What you'll do
In this role, you will define and execute product strategies that enhance matching algorithms for drivers and riders, driving efficiency and profitability for Uber's Mobility Marketplace. You will collaborate with ML engineering and data science teams to experiment, measure, and improve model performance, ensuring that the algorithms are optimized for real-world applications.
You will analyze marketplace performance data to identify key trade-offs and make informed recommendations that impact the core economics of the platform. Your role will involve rapid execution and iteration, requiring you to stay agile and responsive to changing market conditions and user needs.
