You have a proven track record in program management, particularly in operational excellence and defect reduction. Your experience includes navigating complex interpersonal dynamics and influencing stakeholders at the VP and Director levels without relying on formal authority. You possess strong analytical skills, enabling you to turn complex data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions. You lead with empathy and clarity, coaching diverse teams to achieve ambitious objectives even under pressure. Your ability to scale efficient processes across a matrixed organization is a key asset, as is your sound judgment in balancing short-term needs with long-term architectural stability.
What you'll do
As the Program Manager for Mobility LatAm Defect Reduction, you will architect solutions to reduce customer defects, defining what to solve and why it matters. You will build and execute a strategic vision that aligns with Uber's broader mission, guiding teams to turn complex data into executive-level insights. Your role involves negotiating trade-offs and managing cross-functional risks while driving a long-term roadmap that fundamentally improves the Rider and Driver experience. You will lead a robust program involving stakeholders across various teams, ensuring that defect rates are part of their objectives. Your responsibilities will include unblocking technical and operational hurdles, scaling processes from idea inception to full production, and coaching a diverse team of champions and specialists.
