You are skilled in delivering engaging training sessions, both live and through innovative formats like 'walk me' guides. Your ability to build intuitive help content and tool tips within Salesforce demonstrates your commitment to user support and continuous improvement. You thrive in dynamic environments where you can rapidly respond to user needs and update training resources based on real-time feedback. Your strong communication skills enable you to effectively convey complex concepts to various audiences, fostering a culture of learning and growth.

What you'll do

In this role, you will design and execute a global Enablement strategy for Salesforce, focusing on maximizing adoption and minimizing confusion post-launch. You will lead live training sessions during rollout and hypercare phases, ensuring that sellers and managers are equipped to use Salesforce effectively in their daily workflows. Your responsibilities will include creating workflow-based training content that reflects how Salesforce is utilized in practice, rather than just isolated features. You will work closely with the Rollout & Adoption team to identify recurring questions and adoption gaps, updating job aids and FAQs as needed to address these issues promptly.

You will also collaborate with UX, Product, and Engineering teams to provide feedback on user experience and suggest improvements that enhance the overall effectiveness of Salesforce. Your role will involve real-time support for sellers and managers as workflows evolve, ensuring that they have the resources they need to succeed. By focusing on sustained behavior change and post-launch reinforcement, you will play a critical role in embedding Salesforce into the day-to-day operations of the organization.
