You are adept at co-designing solutions and leading improvement projects for datastores and platform teams. Your proficiency with tools like Terraform and Ansible helps you develop immutable infrastructure patterns and automate processes efficiently.

You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams to drive impactful changes. What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the development and optimization of datastores, ensuring they meet the needs of Udemy's AI-powered skills acceleration platform. You will collaborate with engineering and platform teams to design and implement scalable solutions that enhance performance and reliability. Your responsibilities will include managing production workloads in Kubernetes and AWS, as well as developing automation scripts using Terraform and Ansible.

You will also be responsible for mentoring junior engineers, providing guidance on best practices in DevOps and infrastructure management. Your role will involve conducting regular reviews of existing systems and processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes that drive efficiency and effectiveness.
