What you'll do

At UiPath, you will be responsible for planning, designing, developing, and testing software systems or applications for enhancements and new features. You will collaborate with various teams across the organization to design and engineer areas of our product and services, ensuring that all requirements of quality, security, scalability, modifiability, extensibility, and testability are met. Your role will involve helping to establish effective and agile engineering practices within the team.

You will take the lead in identifying bottlenecks and bugs in the software, devising solutions to mitigate and address these issues effectively. As part of your responsibilities, you will plan feature development, design system components, and contribute to building the engineering roadmap. You will also play a crucial role in maintaining code quality, organization, and automation, ensuring that the team delivers high-quality software that meets customer needs.
