You have a strong background in application security, infrastructure security, security operations, and governance, risk management, and compliance. Your ability to choose, integrate, and maintain the right security tooling portfolio is essential for supporting a high-quality Secure Software Development Lifecycle at Unity. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about creating a secure and trusted platform for developers, customers, and users worldwide.
What you'll do
In this role, you will drive Unity's security strategy and lead the Security team, reporting directly to the VP of Engineering Services. You will work closely with various teams to understand their business needs and develop proactive security approaches that align with Unity's goals. Your responsibilities will include leading the development of security policies and procedures, ensuring that all teams are equipped to handle security challenges effectively.
You will collaborate with internal systems teams, platform teams, and audit teams to support compliance efforts and respond to customer inquiries regarding Unity's security methodology. Your expertise will guide the integration of security practices into product development, ensuring that security is a fundamental aspect of Unity's offerings. You will also be responsible for staying informed about the latest security trends and threats, adapting Unity's security posture accordingly.
