What you'll do
In this role, you will serve as the primary Finance Business Partner to the Customer Success & Operations organization, providing essential support to the Create GTM teams. You will own the end-to-end forecasting, planning, close, and budgeting processes for the Customer Success & Operations and Sales organizations, ensuring that investment and resource allocations align with strategic priorities. Your responsibilities will include consolidating revenue for Create Solutions and partnering with FP&A, Accounting, and Sales Operations to deliver accurate weekly and monthly reporting on financial metrics and key performance indicators. You will also perform ad-hoc projects and financial analyses to support senior management and strategic business decisions. Identifying and driving opportunities for process improvement and data streamlining will be key to supporting Unity's growth and driving efficiencies.
