You have extensive experience in procurement and strategic sourcing, ideally with a focus on managing high-value spend and complex supplier relationships. Your expertise in developing and executing category strategies has allowed you to drive competitive advantage and innovation in previous roles. You are skilled in negotiating complex contracts and have a proven track record of securing favorable terms and pricing. You understand the importance of supplier relationship management and are adept at fostering strategic partnerships that enhance performance and drive continuous improvement. You are proactive in identifying and mitigating supply chain risks, ensuring that your organization remains resilient and agile in a dynamic market. Your analytical skills enable you to conduct robust market analysis and make data-driven decisions that align with organizational goals. You thrive in collaborative environments and are comfortable working with executive teams to align sourcing strategies with broader business objectives.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the development and execution of comprehensive multi-year strategic category plans that drive innovation and total cost of ownership reduction. You will manage the full end-to-end strategic sourcing lifecycle for high-value spend, which includes conducting market analysis, developing RFPs, and selecting suppliers. Your negotiation skills will be put to the test as you expertly lead complex commercial and legal negotiations to secure optimal pricing and favorable contract terms. You will establish and cultivate strategic supplier relationships that focus on continuous improvement and joint innovation, ensuring that your supply base is aligned with the organization's goals. Additionally, you will proactively identify, assess, and manage supply chain and contractual risks, implementing strategies to mitigate these risks effectively. Your role will be instrumental in driving enterprise-wide initiatives that maximize value across the organization, and you will have a direct and measurable impact on the bottom line.
What we offer
Unity offers a competitive salary range of $98,000 to $187,000 USD, depending on experience and qualifications. You will be part of a dynamic and agile procurement team that values professional development and utilizes cutting-edge procurement technology.
