You have 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with a strong background in developing predictive models that drive business outcomes. Your expertise in Python and TensorFlow allows you to design and implement high-performance models that enhance ad ranking and recommendation systems. You understand the importance of leveraging large-scale behavioral data and contextual signals to improve model accuracy and relevance.
You possess a solid foundation in data analysis and are skilled in SQL, enabling you to extract insights from complex datasets. Your experience includes building systems for creative understanding and user behavior modeling, which are crucial for accurate engagement predictions. You are committed to ensuring model quality and reliability through continuous performance monitoring and calibration.
What you'll do
In this role, you will design, implement, and maintain high-performance click-through rate (CTR) and conversion rate (CVR) prediction models that power Unity's ad ranking and recommendation systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine systems for creative understanding and user behavior modeling, enabling more accurate and context-aware engagement predictions. Your work will directly contribute to driving higher user engagement and stronger conversion performance for advertisers.
You will be responsible for developing and optimizing bidding strategies that align with advertiser goals, ensuring efficient budget pacing and continual improvement through experimentation. Your role will involve monitoring model performance and making necessary adjustments to maintain high standards of accuracy and reliability. You will also engage in collaborative discussions with team members to share insights and drive innovation within the Vector team.
What we offer
Unity offers a competitive salary range of $164,000 to $312,000 USD, reflecting the value of your expertise and contributions.
