You possess strong organizational skills and are adept at managing the end-to-end strategy, planning, and execution of various events, including trade shows and regional customer events. Your experience in vendor relations and logistics ensures that every event runs smoothly and aligns with business objectives.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the strategy and execution of corporate, sales, and field marketing events across EMEA. You will partner closely with Sales and Regional Marketing to support pipeline-driving and demand-generation events, adapting execution models to meet local market needs. Your responsibilities will include leading all planning and logistics, from venue sourcing and contracting to on-site execution.
You will coordinate event timelines, ensuring that all deadlines are met and stakeholders are kept informed throughout the process. Additionally, you will oversee event registration and attendance tracking using event platforms, collaborating with marketing operations to ensure accurate post-event reporting and ROI measurement.
Managing event budgets for assigned programs will also be a key responsibility, requiring you to create purchase orders and obtain necessary approvals. Your exceptional teamwork and communication skills will be essential as you navigate the complexities of event management and work towards achieving Unity's goals.
