Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in business intelligence or data analytics, with a strong background in analyzing complex datasets to extract meaningful insights that guide decision-making. Your expertise in SQL and BI tools like Power BI and Tableau allows you to create impactful analytics solutions that drive business growth. You are comfortable working with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and engineering, to identify opportunities and tackle challenges in the ads marketplace. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to convey complex data insights to senior leadership effectively.
Desirable
Experience with Python for data analysis and predictive modeling is a plus, as is familiarity with machine learning concepts. You have a knack for prioritizing BI roadmaps and aligning them with business objectives, ensuring that analytics efforts support the overall strategy of the organization.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the strategic initiatives for the Ads Business Intelligence team at Unity, focusing on enabling data-driven decision-making across the ads product portfolio. You will analyze complex datasets using reporting and predictive statistics to extract insights that guide senior-level decision-making. Your responsibilities will include defining a scalable foundation for analytics frameworks and standards, ensuring that they are aligned with client health and marketplace analytics. You will conduct deep-dive analyses to identify trends and problem areas, collaborating closely with sales, product, engineering, and machine learning teams to drive actionable recommendations. Additionally, you will contribute to the team's strategic vision by helping to prioritize BI roadmaps tied to business growth opportunities.
What we offer
Unity offers a competitive salary range of $94,000 to $179,000 USD, depending on experience and location. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment that fosters innovation and collaboration.
