Who you are

You have a strong background in systems management and technology, with a focus on optimizing operational systems. Your experience includes designing and implementing scalable solutions that enhance customer experience and reduce operational costs. You are a thought leader in Voice of the Customer (VOC) reporting and insights, capable of translating operational challenges into effective technical solutions. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and efficiency. Your technical depth allows you to understand complex systems and identify opportunities for improvement. You are passionate about leveraging AI to enhance operational effectiveness and customer satisfaction.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for the design, optimization, and evolution of the Consumer Operations technology stack. You will serve as the technical owner for key operational systems and integrations, ensuring they meet the needs of the business and its customers. You will lead initiatives to identify, build, and scale AI-enabled solutions that improve customer experience and materially reduce operational costs. Your role will involve close collaboration with Product and Engineering teams, as well as deep engagement with Consumer Operations to ensure alignment and effectiveness. You will also be tasked with developing and maintaining reporting that surfaces VOC insights across various channels, helping to inform strategic decisions and operational improvements.
