You understand the importance of teamwork and are eager to collaborate with maintenance and housekeeping teams to create positive experiences for guests. You are at least 18 years old and possess a valid driverβs license, which is essential for this role.
What you'll do
As a Front Desk Specialist at Vacasa, you will be the first point of contact for guests, vendors, and owners within a local management office. You will handle phone calls, emails, and chats to resolve questions about reservations and other concerns. Your role will involve coordinating with maintenance and housekeeping teams to verify unit availability for vendor visits. Additionally, you will identify potential owner leads to support business growth. Your ability to create lasting relationships with guests and vendors will be key to your success in this position. You will also be responsible for maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and ensuring that all inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally.
