Vacasa is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance tasks across vacation homes in San Pedro, Belize. You'll handle repairs, preventative maintenance, and guest issues, ensuring high-quality service. This role is ideal for those with basic HVAC and plumbing skills.

Who you are
You are a proactive Maintenance Technician with a knack for general repairs and a commitment to creating welcoming environments for guests and homeowners. You have experience in basic HVAC repair and plumbing, and you thrive in a role where you can travel between multiple worksites each day. You understand the importance of preventative maintenance and inspections, ensuring that every property is well-maintained and ready for guests. You are at least 18 years old and possess a valid driverβs license, allowing you to drive between various locations as needed. You are a team player who values collaboration and open communication.
Desirable
Experience in the vacation rental industry is a plus, as is familiarity with troubleshooting appliances and cable/wifi issues. You are adaptable and can handle varying hours based on business needs, demonstrating flexibility in your work schedule.
What you'll do
As a Maintenance Technician at Vacasa, you will complete a variety of maintenance tasks and projects, ensuring that our growing portfolio of vacation homes meets high standards of quality. You will respond to guest issues regarding maintenance, which may include troubleshooting appliances, addressing cable and wifi concerns, and performing basic HVAC repairs. Your role will also involve light plumbing tasks, contributing to the overall upkeep of the properties.
