What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and optimizing machine learning models that power Valence's AI coaching platform. You will collaborate closely with the Head of AI and other team members to enhance the underlying ML infrastructure and ensure the models deliver actionable insights for Fortune 500 clients. Your work will directly impact the product's core functionality, shaping the future of AI-driven leadership coaching. You will also engage with clients to understand their needs and refine the models accordingly, ensuring that the solutions provided are tailored to their specific challenges.
