You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with developers, marketers, and other creative partners to bring your designs to life. You are detail-oriented and have a strong understanding of responsive design principles, ensuring that your work looks great on all devices. You are passionate about pushing the boundaries of conventional design and are eager to contribute to a dynamic team that values creativity and innovation.

Desirable

Experience with data visualization and illustration is a plus, as is familiarity with security and compliance standards. A background in SaaS or B2B marketing campaigns would be beneficial, but not required. You are open to feedback and continuously seek to improve your design skills and processes.

What you'll do

As a Senior Brand Designer at Vanta, you will own the end-to-end design process for high-impact web pages, from concept and art direction to responsive design and developer handoff. You will craft editorial-quality web experiences that clearly communicate Vanta's brand, product, and vision with clarity and creativity. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to elevate the website, ensuring that it effectively showcases Vanta's purpose and point of view. You will be responsible for creating visually stunning layouts that engage users and enhance their experience on the site. You will also work on data visualization projects, translating complex information into easily digestible graphics that support the brand's messaging. Your role will involve regular communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment on design goals and objectives, and you will participate in design critiques to provide and receive constructive feedback.
