What you'll do

As a Senior Software Engineer on the Frontend Platform team, you will set the technical direction for Vanta's frontend stack — your role involves driving complex projects that have a significant impact on the company's growth and success. You will work on building tooling that enables other engineers to ship code faster and with higher quality, ensuring that the frontend infrastructure can handle the exponential growth of Vanta's customer base.

You will collaborate with other engineers to implement best practices in coding, testing, and performance monitoring — your contributions will help create a robust and scalable frontend architecture that supports Vanta's mission of continuous security monitoring. Mentoring junior engineers will be a key part of your role, as you share your knowledge and experience to foster a culture of learning and improvement within the team.
