What you'll do

You will work closely with the project manager to coordinate various internal initiatives, including HR communications, development programs, and corporate social responsibility projects. Your responsibilities will include producing editorial content, managing visual communications, and supporting the organization of internal events.

You will engage with different business units to gather insights and feedback, ensuring that the communication strategies align with the overall goals of the organization. You will also participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas for enhancing employee engagement and fostering a positive workplace environment.
