You excel at building close working relationships with customers through various communication methods, including face-to-face discussions and workshops. You are committed to delivering demonstrable, sustainable value and are passionate about digital and commercial innovation in the life sciences industry.

Desirable

Experience in a SaaS environment is a plus, as is familiarity with the pharmaceutical industry. You are comfortable working in a remote setting and can adapt to various work environments, whether from home or in the office. Your ability to travel as needed for client engagements is essential, and you are legally authorized to work in the EU.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be part of Veeva’s European Business Consulting group, which is a priority growth area for the company. You will manage consulting projects for Veeva customers, ensuring that all aspects of delivery are meticulously planned and executed. Your responsibilities will include analyzing client needs, developing tailored solutions, and facilitating workshops to engage stakeholders effectively. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the solutions provided align with Veeva's mission of transforming the life sciences industry.

You will also be responsible for tracking project progress and outcomes, ensuring that clients receive the highest level of service and value. Your role will involve continuous communication with clients to understand their evolving needs and to provide updates on project status. You will contribute to the development of best practices within the consulting team, sharing insights and strategies that enhance overall performance and client satisfaction.
