What you'll do

In this role, you will manage consulting projects for Veeva's customers in the Quality domain, planning, organizing, and tracking all aspects of delivery. You will work closely with senior customer stakeholders, acting as a trusted partner to help them realize the strategic value of Veeva’s Quality suite of products. Your responsibilities will include analyzing problems, building insightful solutions, and ensuring that project deliverables meet customer expectations. You will facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and feedback, ensuring that the solutions provided are tailored to the specific needs of each client.

You will also be responsible for tracking project progress and outcomes, ensuring that all workstreams are aligned with the overall project goals. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders will be crucial in this role, as you will need to convey complex information in an understandable manner. You will contribute to the continuous improvement of consulting practices within the team, sharing insights and best practices to enhance overall performance.
