What you'll do

As an Engagement Manager at Veeva Systems, you will lead and manage consulting projects that focus on the research and development space. You will be responsible for planning, organizing, and tracking all aspects of project delivery, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop strategies that meet the unique needs of each client.

You will also play a crucial role in building Veeva's brand in the market by developing a strong customer network and identifying new project opportunities. Your expertise in R&D will be instrumental in guiding clients through complex business challenges, helping them to deliver therapies to patients faster. You will support the growth of Veeva's R&D consulting practice, which is a strategic priority for the company, and will have high visibility within the organization and the wider life sciences industry.
