What you'll do
As a Product Expert at Veeva Systems, you will play a crucial role in shaping the product roadmap for Commercial Content. You will engage with customers to gather insights and feedback, ensuring their voices are heard in the product development process. Your responsibilities will include leading discussions in online communities and customer meetings, as well as participating in in-person events to promote the value of Veeva's offerings.
You will collaborate closely with product managers and development teams to translate customer needs into actionable product features. Your insights will help drive the innovation of products like PromoMats, MLR Bot, MedComms, and MedInquiry, all built on the Vault Platform. By creating resources and documentation, you will empower both internal teams and customers to maximize the benefits of Veeva's solutions.
