What you'll do

As a Project Manager on the RTSM team, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met throughout the project lifecycle. You will lead client meetings to discuss project progress and address any concerns. Your role will involve training clients on the RTSM modules, ensuring they are equipped to use the system effectively. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a user-friendly RTSM system that meets client expectations. Your organizational skills will be crucial in managing timelines and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on schedule. You will also be responsible for documenting project requirements and maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.
