You have 5+ years of experience in technical consulting, particularly in the life sciences sector, where you've successfully led customer implementations and provided technical architecture design. Your expertise in cloud solutions, particularly with Veeva Vault R&D applications, sets you apart as a key player in transforming the industry. You are a strong communicator, able to advocate for customer needs while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

Your technical skills include proficiency in AWS and SQL, which you have utilized to design and implement effective solutions for clients. You understand the importance of best practices in technical integration and are committed to delivering high-quality results that meet customer expectations. What you'll do

As a Senior Technical Consultant at Veeva Systems, you will lead customer implementations of Vault R&D applications, providing your expertise in solution architecture design and technical integration. You will work closely with other teams, including Services, Product, Sales, and Strategy, to ensure that customer needs are met and that they achieve success with our solutions. Your role will involve designing technical architectures that align with best practices and ensuring that integrations are seamless and effective.

You will also be responsible for advocating for customers, ensuring that their feedback is communicated to internal teams, and helping to shape the future of our products based on real-world usage and needs. Your ability to analyze complex requirements and translate them into actionable solutions will be crucial in this role. You will mentor junior consultants and contribute to the overall growth of the Professional Services team, sharing your knowledge and experience to foster a collaborative environment.
