What you'll do

In this role, you will design and deliver educational content across multiple formats, ensuring that it is engaging, digestible, and scalable for Veeva customers. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and feedback, continuously improving the training materials based on user experience and effectiveness. Your responsibilities will include developing instructional materials, conducting needs assessments, and evaluating the impact of training programs on customer success.
