Who you are
You have a strong background in software engineering with a focus on test automation — your experience includes developing and maintaining automated tests for complex applications. You are proficient in using AWS services such as EC2 and S3, and you understand how to leverage these tools to enhance testing processes. Your familiarity with visual regression testing allows you to ensure that applications maintain their intended appearance and functionality across updates.
You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers — your communication skills enable you to articulate testing requirements and results effectively. You are passionate about quality assurance and are always looking for ways to improve testing strategies and methodologies.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining automated tests for Veeva's Vault applications — you will work on enhancing the existing test automation framework and ensuring comprehensive coverage of critical functionalities. You will collaborate with developers to integrate testing into the CI/CD pipeline, ensuring that quality is maintained throughout the development lifecycle.
You will also be involved in analyzing test results and providing actionable insights to the development team — your expertise in AWS and DevOps tools will be crucial in optimizing the testing environment and processes. As a senior engineer, you will mentor junior team members, sharing your knowledge and best practices in test automation.
