What you'll do

In this role, you will own and manage the entire Salesforce ecosystem at Verily, ensuring that all integrations and implementations are aligned with business objectives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions that enhance user experience and operational efficiency. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing secure solutions that optimize performance and resilience, contributing to the overall success of the organization.

You will be accountable for managing the full development lifecycle, from initial design through deployment and ongoing maintenance. This includes conducting regular assessments of the Salesforce environment to identify areas for improvement and implementing best practices to enhance system functionality. You will also play a key role in training and supporting team members on Salesforce usage, ensuring that everyone is equipped to leverage the platform effectively.
